Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Within India

3. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, and India Post, depending on your pin code and order size.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- You can track your order on the courier partner's website or via the link in your confirmation email.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts (customer unavailable)
- Refusal to accept the package
Re-shipping charges will apply. Refunds will not include original shipping fees.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email].
- For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Resolution may take 7–10 business days.
8. PO Boxes & Remote Areas
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery to remote/rural pin codes may take additional time and could incur extra charges.
9. Force Majeure
Royal Peacock is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
